The Centre has also allowed for unrestricted movement of person and goods intera-state in the first phase of the reopening. The reopeninig of educational institution,international air travel,and metro operation will be decided in the third phase. Lockdown will continue in all red zone are after the 30 JUNE. and only essential services will be allowed in the time being.

 With lockdown 4.0 drawing to an end on May 31, state govt. are considering, if central guidlines allow, the impostion of restriction only in the containmnet zones and allowing a range of activites esewhere, including opening more markets, enabling more inter-state transport facilites,allowing more commercial activity, and possibly even religious place with social distancing norms, said official of a range fo state govt.

 The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new guidelines for Lockdown5.0. All activities will be permitted outside the containment zones. Religious place,restaurant,hotel and mall to open from the 8th of June. School and college will be allowed to open but after consultation with specific State govt. and Union Territories. International air travel, metros, cinema halls,and bars will not be allowed to function.There will be no restriction on isterstate travel. The recised night curfew across the country will now be from 9pm to 5am
