As we know that at 17 may lockdown 3.0 (लॉकडाउन 3.0) going to end and with this lockdown 4.0(लॉकडाउन 4.0) is coming to start . many state governments has decided to open the manufacturing units and also transportation unit and with other hand many state government don't want to open these things right now they want to extend lockdown 4.0 as lockdown 3.0 .

In lockdown 4.0 metro trains will start with limited things and services . In delhi CISF has ready to control any type of situation. every people will enter into the train after screening and which people who have some symtoms of corona virus they can't be travell in metro. and also with monday eviation sector can be open. delhi and mumbai airports can also be open with some guidelines. but the malls and saloons can not be open in lockdown 4.0 .

Coronavirus Lockdown Extension 4.0 Guidelines News Updates (State Wise): With nearly 90,000 cases, the number of COVID-19 patients in India is growing rapidly. India has already overtaken China in terms of number of people affected by the Coronavirus. The total number of positive cases in the country is now at 90, 927, including 53,946 active cases, 34,109 cured/discharged/migrated cases, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said today. The death toll stands at 2,872. India has been under lockdown since March 25. It has been extended twice – first till May 3 and then till May 17. The Modi government is likely to extend the lockdown further and release Lockdow 4.0 Guidelines today. However, reports say that Lockdownn 4.0 will be different from previous ones as the government looks to offer some relaxations. After special trains, the domestic airline services may be resumed with prescribed norms.
As far as the world is concerned, more than 44 lakh people have been affected by the deadly virus. Over 3 lakh people have succumbed to the disease so far. The United States has been the worst-affected with more than 14 lakh cases and over 87,000 deaths. Russia, UK, Spain and Italy are some of the other countries which have been affected the most.
These are the nationwide guidelines for workplaces
* Wearing of face cover is compulsory in all work places and adequate stock of such face covers shall be made available.
* All persons in charge of work places shall ensure social distancing as per the guidelines issued by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, both within the work places and in company transport.
Social distancing at work places shall be ensured through adequate gaps between shifts, staggering the lunch breaks of staff, etc.
* Provision for thermal scanning, hand wash and sanitizer preferably with touch free mechanism will be made at all entry and exit points and common areas. In addition, sufficient quantities of handwash and sanitizer shall be made available in the work places.
* Frequent sanitization of entire workplace, common facilities and all points which come into human contact e.g. door handles etc., shall be ensured, including between shifts.
* Persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years shall stay at home, except for meeting essential requirements and for health purposes.
* Use of Arogya Setu app shall be made mandatory for all employees, both private and public. It shall be the responsibility of the Head of the respective Organizations to ensure 100% coverage of this app among the employees.
* Large physical meetings to be avoided.
* Hospitals/ clinics in the nearby areas, which are authorized to treat COVID-19 patients, should be identified and list should be available at work place all the times. Employees showing any symptom of COVID-19 should be immediately sent for check up to such facilities. Quarantine areas should be earmarked for isolating employees showing symptoms till they are safely moved to the medical facilities.
* Arrangements for transport facilities shall be ensured with social distancing, wherever personal/ public transport is not feasible.
* Intensive communication and training on good hygiene practices shall be taken
